Cancel your Subscription

Depending on if you subscribed to Plai via desktop or mobile. There are two different instructions on how to cancel your subscription.
*IMPORTANT* - The campaigns you created on Plai will remain active in your ad account after cancellation. If you do not wish your campaigns to continue running, you must pause them before you cancel your Plai subscription.
If you subscribed on desktop:
1. Click your profile icon on the top right
2. Click "Pricing"
3. Click "Manage Subscription"
4. Click "Cancel"
If you subscribed on mobile:
1. Open your App store
2. Tap your profile icon
3. Tap on "Subscriptions"
4. Find "Plai" and cancel
