Agency 101 | Manage Clients Facebook Ad Accounts with Linkbridge

With LinkBridge by Plai, you can seamlessly obtain permissions to manage ad accounts, pages, and other assets without the usual hassle. Linkbridge can help you get access to your client's Facebook Page and Business Manager, or Google Ads account from just a simple link. Check all about it in our announcement post.

When your clients connect their own Ad Accounts though Connect Platforms tab, they give the admins higher access to create ads, edit and pause them. But connecting through LinksBridge can help you get access to their actual Business Manager account so that includes all Ad Account assets (ads management, Pixel, DataSet and more).

LinkBridge is just for admin workspace views, so if you switch into a different workspace you're not going to see it (the default workspace is a free bonus workspace we give to all agency owners, anyone who's using Whitelabel).

Step by step on how to request access:

1. Be on Default Workspace
2. Connect your Facebook Profile and Facebook Ad Account (you should access to Connect Platforms for this)
3. In Clients Tab, click on LinkBridge Button
4. The Business Manager accounts will be listed
5. At Business Users you can add team members or yourself to be users on your client's accounts and tab confirm
6. You will access a Link you can share with your clients
7. Clients need to follow their step by step (listed below)
8. Click check to see the status
   
   

Client’s Side:

1. Access link
2. Tap on Connect Facebook
3. Select Facebook Page
4. Confirm Access

For giving also access to Ad Account:

1. Copy Business Manager ID
2. Tap on Open Business Manager (will open Facebook Business Manager)
3. Click on Add and select the option Give a Partner access to assets
4. Paste the Partner Business Manager ID
5. Select the assets they want to grant access to (Ad Account, Pixel, Data Set)

Important: If you want access to Pixels, Datasets or any other asset inside the Facebook Ad Account, you just need to follow the same steps as above and click on the specific option.
